The good location was next to St Mary the Virgin Church. The hotel was set 500 metres from the bus stop. The rooms were new-fashioned and neat, with all my requirements.

There were good beds and central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk inside the room.

Incredible and unbeatable location, good to stay here if eating in the Woodspeen restaurant nearby. Also - really close to outskirts of Newbury, Swindon, Donnington Castle and Newbury and Newbury Racecourse.

Pleasant pet-friendly hotel for 1 night in Newbury. Amazingly efficient and attentive personnel with good service. Ideal, excellent location in the very very nice area. Besides, very convenient to The Ladywell at Speen. A very comfortable restaurant with a lovely bar and restaurant.

Truly enjoyed our great-sized and compact room with all my requirements. The breakfast was hot and the team was super-friendly. The hotel had a particularly good location next to St Mary the Virgin Church.

The staff was very amiable and attentive all the time. My large and lovely little room came with comfy beds, TV, as for instance. The provided service was efficient.

The location for Newbury was excellent and very pretty, next to the beer garden, the Newbury town centre and the communal areas. The breakfast was hot and included.

My bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was great-sized with all my requirements. It had particularly good and fab location, not far from the Woodspeen restaurant, and outskirts of Newbury.

I had a really comfortable and stress-free stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was lovely, with comfy beds and all the basic amenities I could ask for. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary bottled water and Nespresso machine in the room. The location was great too, being so close to the town center and within a short drive of Newbury Races. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was excellent, with a good range of options to choose from.

All was good, no complaints whatsoever.

We enjoyed this pet-friendly hotel. The breakfast was warm and offered a good choice of options. The location was magnificent and ideal, really close to the center of Newbury and the Watermill Theatre. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 10 mins walk from the venue.

Had excellent 1 night in this hotel that's why I loved that. The double room I got was complete with TV and powerful shower plus large wardrobe.
